Dr. Alicja Poleszak, MD, is a family medicine specialist in the Chicago area, where she completed her residency after receiving her medical degree in Poland. When the practice of conventional medicine left her unfulfilled and feeling like a pill pusher, Dr. Poleszack looked to alternative methods of healing. Over the last 16 years, she has studied nutrition and hormones, and became board certified in Holistic Integrative Medicine. Dr. Poleszak is also certified in Traumatic Brain Injury treatment using Dr. Mark Gordon’s protocol, as well as Clinical Homeopathy by the CEDH, where she is now an instructor. She considers herself a country doctor in the suburbs of Chicago.
